LV Cles Mishap

Yes, I was the lucky person who got a replica from Couture USA. I ordered the LV Mono Cles on April 16, 2014, last month. It came woth the LV box, but no dustbag. I didnt use it at all and it still has the "Guarantee Authenticity" Tag on it now. I went to LV today and thought I would have my repair specialist verify, as I do will all my preloved purchases. Well two people came back and showed me very distinctive differences between the auth one and mine. I can totally see it now. My concern is its been over their 14 day return policy and they might not take it back. It still has tag on it. What should I do? ImageUploadedByPurseForum1400984429.106648.jpg

If it is indeed fake yes they will take it back of course.. especially with their tag attached they'll know for sure it wasn't switched out. Good luck!

I just wrote an email to the service dept. they are closed on Monday, but hope to hear back Tuesday. After being shown the differences, it is obvious!

I bought a Batignolles from them in March. First time I ever bought from them. I ordered it and had it shipped since I am not from that area.
I once bought a limited edition pochette accessories from a consignment store I'm my area. I paid for it over the phone but when I saw it in person I knew it was a fake. I had to get it authenticated by Carol Diva before the they would refund me.

They will authenticate for completed auctions....include your Couture USA link, it should still be there you just need to do a sold search...
My concern was two of the reasons they gave were color of canvas and canvas feeling different, more plasticy. Cant tell this in pics. The heat stamp and Date code are perfection tho. So I was fooled by sight alone. Ugh, I hate this!

I'm so sorry! I am sure they will take it back even if its past the return period....did you contact them yet about this? They are very quick to respond to emails...
