LV canvas smells

Hello all, does anyone know what I can do for when LV canvas has developed a weird smell? Not sure if its from the rain? I have a rosalie coin purse in monogram and light pink interior. Many thanks!

I have the same wallet and using it almost everyday but so far no weird smell. Is it more like chemical smell? Try to leave it in open space to get some air.

I have had this happen on a few canvas pieces. Airing it out for a few days usually works--but unfortunately sometimes that smell does linger.
