LV Boot Sizing Advice?

I don't own any LV shoes and was wondering if anyone can help with sizing? I've read that every shoe is different. I am actually interested in a wedge knee high boot. I was hoping maybe you guys can chime in on your experiences with sizing?

My US size is 8 and sometimes 8.5. Unfortunately, I don't own any LV. I usually size up 0.5-1 size with CL and am TTS-.5 up with Choo and Manolo. I was thinking of purchasing a size 39.

when i went at LV store i tried a pair of ballerina, and i went half size down.. from normal 37 to 36.5..maybe just depend on your foot and shoes..it's better if you go to try it on
