LV Black Leather Flap Bag

Hello guys i need your opinion. I’m thinking to add a black leather flap bag from LV which transition nicely from day to night. Which one out of the two is better? 1st generation Pont 9 or the epi mini Dauphine

Honestly the Pont 9 is new on my radar, upon the first launch i don’t really care for it and the aggressive influencer marketing just turns me off. Today, almost 2 years later seeing it in real life and feeling the smooth leather… i am shocked that i love it. This bag has plenty unique details which i found rare nowadays in a designer bag.
While the mini Dauphine epi has always been on my radar, love the aesthetic of the dauphine line and it’s quiet a carefree bag.

Both bags are similar in style and also price point. Overpriced but which bags on the luxury market aren’t right now What matters most imho is that u love the bag. (sorry for the quick blurry modshot)

I have problem in ‘choosing only one ‘ , so I won’t be able to help you choose, but if you are getting the Pont 9 first generation, you have to be careful with the leather , it gets scratches easily according to my CA.

Has anyone had the pont 9 for a while? I'm wondering how the leather holds up in terms of scratches and creases given how soft it is...

I like the second one better. I think it's more modern and seems to be on trend. I don’t know, the first one seems a bit too "granny" for my taste. Not sure which one is which, but I like the second one.
