LV Black Epi Question

I'm pretty new LV and recently purchased a Saumur (in the mongram canvas) which I love. So I'm thinking of getting a black epi that I can use for work since it's such a classic color that I'm sure it will be an item that I will keep for a long time.

Right now my choices are between the Madeleine GM or Petit Noe. Does anyone know how long the strap drops are for these bags? (Strap drops are really important to me...) Also, I noticed on ebay that all the epi have gold/brass hardware, but the LV website shows silver. Did they recently changes the epi hardware to silver?

lol sooo yeah a couple years ago they did the change... it actually doesnt tarnish as fast as the golden brass.. i actually like the silver hardware a lot on the black. but its all a matter of personal taste.

as for the strap length you should use the search tool in the forum. A noe is a rather popular bag so you'll find alot of modeling pics!
