I thought I share my recent experience with you. I bought my artsy in September 2014 and realised in the last couple of months that the canvas print was fading and partly vanishing. My husband took it in to a store and they thankfully exchanged it. Did anyone else experience sth like that?

The print on canvas bags (all prints) has a tendency to fade / rub off in the areas of constant rubbing. It’s mostly visible on Damier but it’s true for monogram as well.
that's a bit weird, I never had that happened to me of the bags I have. Did you use it very heavily, like everyday? for the years you had it?It was aware of that. The print vanished even on areas with no rubbing or bending
I see. I have heard of 2015 canvas had issue of peeling, maybe yours was that batch as well. glad you got a new one
Yes - so happy. It was a lot more difficult in the German store after 24h than in the UK after 2 years. I hope the customer service continues to be so good over here.
