LV have made it clear that they will not help ebay on authentications of auctions.

They loose profits from mypoupette sellers and i will not b suprised they spread nasty rumours about them as well as they are legit sellers.

It's always about money and LV are making money and ebay is making them loose money as many ppl prefer to save a fair bit of money getting a second hand bag that is in good condition!

Good point!! I didn't think about it!! It's a pity if my poupette resellers get in trouble :Push::crybaby:

Yea it is a shame. The french ebay site is well under supervision as this division cannot afford another investigation by LVMH.

I do understand the point LV makes but still its always about money & business. I'm sure they wouldn'y mind these mypoupette sellers to dissapear as they loose money from these people and transaction. However how u expect people who are looking for vintage trunks to uy from LV stores.

I think in this state LVMH may loose the battle. Ebay makes a fair point in that it is market place and they cannot control constantly other peoples actions to sell fakes. Which in a way they do have a point but they have a fair share of mistakes as well. Listings that had been reported numerous times for being fake were never pulled off the auction.

Honestly i dont want LVMH to win as it can really hurt mypoupette sellers who a legit.
