Hi… I’m a longtime member but haven’t purse shopped in a long time. Would love your expert advice please…

I’m looking for a replacement for my LV pochette accessories. I’ve been surprised how much I’ve used it over the years. I love that it’s lightweight, and has the partially detachable strap (I hook it to different things when im out, love that it’s

What I want is- something a little bit bigger, still lightweight. An outer pocket for cell phone would be great. And a detachable strap option. I’ve been looking at the men’s stuff too, I love the eclipse color way- wear a lot of black & gray in general.

im almost embarrassed how much I use the pochette as an evening bag, so stepping it up a notch would be great!

Pochette Métis? Steamer messenger? Duo messenger? Marelle? Please advise. My bday is coming up…. ☺️

How about the Pochette Metis in empriente? But if you are looking for an evening bag this might not fit the bill

@fantajisan beat me to it, I agree completely! Such a versatile piece, you can wear it all together or each pouch separately and it can br dressed up or down for everyday wear or as an evening bag. The cream empreinte is lovely but the black is more carefree IMHO. My (large) phone fits in the smaller pochette which is such a plus for me, I often just carry it with phone, card holder, a key and maybe lip balm. The larger pochette is bigger than the PA so I can fit a good bit in it if I want something larger, or even more if I carry both pochettes. I've also got a 15in gold chain (looks like Felicie chain strap) that I attach to hang from the front when I want something shorter than the included chain/leather strap, and it really dresses it up. This!! I love my empreinte multi pochette!! So versatile!! Can definitely dress up or down..So many options!

So- after watching a lot of YouTube videos (have to get to a store soon!) I decided the multi-pochette options are super practical but I’m not in love w how they look all together.

For this round, I also decided I don’t want a brown colored bag. So regular mono is out.
Which is sad bc I do like the shape of the Odeon.

i love thé pochette Métis but fear the leather will be too bulky/heavy. Really wish they did this in eclipse mono bc I also don’t want to worry about babying the leather. Will have to try on in store.


I’m also looking at:

1) bags that are dressier but no outer cell phone pocket (Marelle, Favorite in empriente). Trocadéro pm or Lockit? Thé Coussin is super cute but for daily use I fear the puffy lamb skin won’t hold up.

2) practical- men’s duo messenger. This might be exactly what I need, except for evening I’d find a more feminine strap.

ideally I could get my bag on my actual bday tomorrow… hoping what I want will be available!
