Hey guys!
This thread is off topic and there's more than a few posts that walk our politics line (or literally stomp on the line!)
Please stay completely on topic:
"Please share what you know about any recent store robberies or personal robberies, and please tell us the location and approximate timeframe of the occurrence."

Opinions of lawmakers, classism, etc. . . isn't part of the intended discussion.
We cleaned up this current/last page to make sure everything here, and forward, remains on topic please. :flowers:

Smash and grab at the San Francisco LV store early Monday (10/28) morning was foiled due to SFPD luckily having on-patrol cars nearby.

2 articles referencing the same crime.

It's been well over a year since I've worn any of my designer while venturing into the city for appointments or to meet friends visiting from out of town. It's just not worth the risk...and it feels like it's going back to the 1980s and 1990s again (which wasn't good).
This makes me sad. When I go into DC, I’m generally with DH. I’m not carrying anything immediately recognizable. And if I wearing jewelry, it’s going to be covered. We take the Metro. But I am very aware of my surroundings.

I do believe at a certain point, the authorities are going to have to crack down in crime and put people in jail. Too much $$$ has been invested in revamping areas around Nats Park and downtown DC.

Personally, I’m not shopping at City Center since the Chanel smash in. Though I did recently shop in Georgetown (Sézane pop up). It was a pain to park and traffic has horrific. It was daylight and there were lot’s of people around. So I did not feel unsafe.
