Luggage regrets?

Hi all,
I'm thinking of getting the horizon 50 or 55, either new or used, but wanted to hear from people who have them. Do you have any regrets? Ive read the handles get scratched. I honestly I don't mind a little wear & tear but was wondering if it's actually "a little" or do these really not hold up well?

I would ask….how picky are you.

I have several luggage pieces and have used them a lot, including checking them, with no regrets….but they all have various scratches, nicks and what many might see as blemishes. I see them as bags used for what they were designed for….travel.

I like mine, it rolls great, it’s lightweight, good size but I wish I got something with an outside pocket for my iPad. I’m not overly familiar with the other rolling luggage, are some of them less structured, perhaps they would get less beat up? The hard corners of the Horizon seem to take a beating, the metal gets scratched as well but nothing crazy or terrible.

This is very helpful! Thank you! I saw a few posts saying to avoid the horizon but I'm not too picky when it comes to wear & it sounds like it's not egregious when using it regularly so I'm for sure interested!
