Lovinmybags problem

Hi everyone, I’ve recently purchased some leather care products from lovinmybags and have some problems, so I’m hoping to get some advice/insights here. If this is the wrong place to post this thread, mods please feel free to delete. I wasn’t able to find a similar thread regarding this company.

I ordered from lovinmybags on January 10, and didn’t receive any order confirmation email. I emailed the owner, Barbara, to confirm that my order has been received on her end, she emailed back to say that they did receive the order and will be providing me the tracking number soon. Since then, I’ve had to email them 4 times to ask for my tracking number, and no responses at all. I’m wondering, has any tpfers experienced the same thing from lovinmybags, and what did you do? Did the products you order eventually arrive? At this point I’m considering going through my credit card company to get my money back, as good as their products are, it’s just not worth the stress and hassle of dealing with them. Please let me know your insights and any advice at all, I really appreciate it :smile:

I haven’t dealt with LMB in the past but was chatting with Barbara just a couple weeks ago and she was pretty prompt at replying. Hope everything’s OK.

Since the USPS has been so terribly backed up, this sounds about right.

Your order was January 10th (a Sunday). Barbara has confirmed the order. It is now 9 days out, minus the postal holiday on the 18th, so that makes it what, 8 business days - plus employee shortages all across the board.

I'd say give them a chance to get you your tracking info. This time frame wouldn't bother me at all. Don't fill up their email. She responded to you.

Thank you ladies for your reassurances! I’ll sit back a little longer. I guess I wasn’t very clear in my initial post. Barbara responsed saying she will provide me with the tracking number the next day after I placed my order (so Monday, January 11) but up till now I still haven’t received the number, and no response/communications since that one email from her. Had she said that she will be providing me the tracking once she ships the item out, rather than telling me a specific day (Monday January 11), then I wouldn’t have worried so much. I get it that 9 business days probably isn’t a long time, but I’ve reached out 4 times to no reply, which was why I’m a bit unhappy. Maybe I’m being a bit overboard, but 9 business days should at least warrant 1 response to 4 emails :confused1: I’m totally okay and understand the delivery delays, but I haven’t received any order updates since I placed my order, even a short explanation saying that they are backed up, etc. Just any kind of communication.
