Hi everyone, I’ve recently purchased some leather care products from lovinmybags and have some problems, so I’m hoping to get some advice/insights here. If this is the wrong place to post this thread, mods please feel free to delete. I wasn’t able to find a similar thread regarding this company.
I ordered from lovinmybags on January 10, and didn’t receive any order confirmation email. I emailed the owner, Barbara, to confirm that my order has been received on her end, she emailed back to say that they did receive the order and will be providing me the tracking number soon. Since then, I’ve had to email them 4 times to ask for my tracking number, and no responses at all. I’m wondering, has any tpfers experienced the same thing from lovinmybags, and what did you do? Did the products you order eventually arrive? At this point I’m considering going through my credit card company to get my money back, as good as their products are, it’s just not worth the stress and hassle of dealing with them. Please let me know your insights and any advice at all, I really appreciate it
