I sent my LV to Barbara and aside from a email saying she recieved the bag-I cannot get her to REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS! I am getting a little worried...anyone have this happen? Thank you for ANY answers!!!
I've been in touch with Barbara of Lovin' My Bags.. Just last week.. Regarding the LV set (cleaning, conditioning, protecting).. And all my emails were responded to, very kindly and detailed even..
Perhaps she's on a short trip somewhere?

Well... you got the e-mail that she's got your bag - this is a very popular company, I imagine she's working her butt off and will catch up with e-mails when she can.
I had the same experience. What worked for me was to call a couple times a day. I finally reached her doing that. Don't fret, I was the same way. Worried sick!
