Simplest way I can think of without knowing more details about your software options is to e-mail these pics from iphone to yourself. When attaching images, the iPhone e-mail app will ask you what size you want for the images - select large or medium and you should be fine. Than simply save and upload resized images from incoming e-mail. Hope that helps.
