i sent my first in to BalNY to get repaired before i left for vacation and the SA Sarah called me when she first came in to work today and told me that she received the bag(it was delivered yesterday) and that repair would take a couple of weeks. she asked me for my return date to make sure she'll only have it sent back to me after i get back. don't you love it when they actually keep you up-to-date with your babies!?!?
