Love Ring too big?

I need you're help please. So I'm not sure if my love ring is too big a size smaller I really have to push getting it on when my hands are warm.

This one also fit my index finger.

It looks great! Have you done a shake test? I prefer my rings to fit on the looser side to avoid the "sausage fingers" look, but if it falls off when you shake your hand, it's definitely too big.

I can wear my pavé Love ring on different fingers depending on weather/weight

I took this photo after the shake test. My love ring dosen't fall off when I shake my hand. I prefer my rings to sit more snug. But because the love ring can't be resized I think I should go with a more looser fit.
