it's treesje...I think. Look at the double ring and the way the strap is attached, much like her bags that had the ruffles on them.

When I saw the title I was expecting to see her gold Botkier trigger, she's been carrying that in almost every episode. And I remember her carrying it on "Laguna Beach", from her high school days! I guess when you love a bag you love it...
