Hi everyone. I have lots of scratches on my Love and it's not bothering me. However, I've found one small dent on the bracelet and lots of small dents on the edges and its actually makes me really upset. I've never stacked my bracelet with anything! I know Cartier does polishing service where they remove layer of gold to look like a brand new. My questions, is anybody done this service? Did you notice a differences in a bracelet after removing layer of gold? Also, is it even possible to remove dents ?
Thanks:smile:

If it makes you feel any better, my LOVE has dents on the edges too. I don’t think it is possible for them to remove dents with the polishing service.

Dents happen as part of everyday wear. I’m not a fan of stacking personally (have only stacked my regular JUC with my LOVE bracelet for three weeks in total since owning both) and I don’t stack either of my bracelets with other jewellery. But I too, have dents on my LOVE which I am guessing happened when I knocked my LOVE against something (eg. iPad case/table).

If you’re thinking of getting the polishing service to remove the dents, I don’t think it’s worth it because your bracelet will most likely get more dents over time.

This is what I found when I'm doing research on love bracelet.

I don't intend to ever polish my bracelet. I'll let it age with grace then pass on to my daughter decade/s later.

I agree, and I plan to never polish my Love either. Especially considering each scratch/dent is already gold lost (in contrast to platinum, where the metal is just "moved" instead of lost). Why would I want to polish and remove more gold, and then have more scratches/dents accumulate after?

Over time the scratches on the Love bracelet will blend in and you'll barely notice them. The same will eventually happen with the dents on the sides. It will always remain a beautiful piece of jewelry.
