My regular white gold Cartier love bracelet is of the old screw system. I woke up one morning, notice one screw is missing, the bracelet is still very securely on my wrist. I just got it back from Cartier Mississauga Ontario service center The invoice stated the missing screw is 82 CDN; adjust tab closing/symmetry VI, replacing screw is 240 CDN. Totally 320 CDN plus tax. I hope that helps whoever might be searching for this sort of information.

I will provide a bit more details:
I called the Cartier Vancouver boutique. The SA answered phone wanted me to go into the store and booked me an appointment. But the SA who was assigned to help me later texted me and told me that I don't need to come into the store, as they do not do any in house repair during the pandemic. She emailed me a FedEx shipping label to ship the bracelet directly to their Mississauga Ontario service center. The SA told me to include my contact info with the shipment, which I did. I shipped it out, and the next day, I can see from FedEx tracking that Cartier has received it. However, for the next 2 weeks, I didn't hear anything from them. So I called their 1800 number listed at their website. They looked it up using the FedEx tracking number and confirmed that the bracelet is indeed received, they would contact me with a quote before proceed the work. Another 2 weeks passed, again I didn't hear anything from Cartier. So I called 1800 number again, and the person looked up again using the tracking number. And he said that he can see in the system there is a quote/invoice for me. I am not sure what happened when I got my bracelet back, they shipping me back the note that I sent them with my full contact, email, cell phone number, address.

Another point worth noting, on the quote/invoice, it listed a complementary polishing service. I told the people at 1800 number that I do not want the polishing. He said okay, and said he has noted that in the system. However the bracelet that I received back looked brand new, for a moment I thought did they shipping me a brand new bracelet. I had really wore my love bracelet, didn't baby it, before I sent it back, it was no longer shiny, but almost mat finished. It is okay for me, what is done is done.
