Does anyone have any experience with returns after 30 days but before 45 days? And also do you trust doing returns via mail? And lastly when does the return period start, when the item is purchased or delivered? Thank you in advance.
 
I don’t have the experience with the timeframe. But I did mail a return back and it worked ok. And I believe it has when you purchase it but I could be wrong. I would just call customer service.
 
I've seen that question pop up from time to time regarding the return period starting at time of order vs time of delivery and I can't remember the answer bc/ I think there were several different interpretations. I'd also call customer service to find out.

Yes, I do trust returns by mail, but usually I'm impatient for my $ back so it won't still be on my CC by the time I have to pay the bill since I always pay my CC bill in full. For that reason, I almost always drive to an LV store to return.

perhaps best to confirm with Client Services if the 45-day window can apply due to the current circumstances. From what I understand, the return window begins on the original purchase date.

with regards to mail-in returns, I recently returned an item this past Monday and it was received by the Returns Dept the very next day. (however, the warehouse is located less than 5 miles from me so this may have helped. the original purchase date was 6/2.) the refund to my CC is currently being processed and it may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

some additional advice, please register and initiate your return request via the website under your LV account. Then utilize the return label (that was included with your invoice) for the shipping box you are placing the return in.

I did return recently. Since it passed the 30 day window. I wasn’t able to request a return on the website (the button disapeared after 30 days I think because that is the usual return window) so I called and they initiated return process for me from their end. I mailed the box. I was nervous, but it went well.

Same here, I initiated a return online after going to the Lenox Atlanta location last Saturday only to find 30+ people waiting in line. I too like to return in person to confirm it was received. However, I already have confirmation of receipt at the warehouse and the credit memo to my cc.

Thanks Booyah! I called and received further clarification. There is 30 day return/exchange period if purchased in the store and 45 days if delivered starting from the date of delivery.

Same. I went to the store last Sunday to return to find a line of maybe 20 people so I left after a few minutes.
 
FYI some cs say from delivery date, some cs say from date of purchase...since there are mixed responses as usual, I’d go by the date on the receipt. Just make sure it’s securely sealed and take pics just in case

How long does it take for the refund to show up after the warehouse received the return?
 
They received my package almost 2 weeks ago but still no refund. Can you let me know when you do receive the refund later? I might have to do a chargeback soon.
Mine was an online order and i requested return online before i sent. Did u do that before you sent back or have you passed the 30days window? Have you try calling the customer service center? I will let you know when i get my refund. I paid with paypal and the store cannot process refund with paypal. :(

I would be careful with chargebacks that may prevent you from ordering online in the future
