Be sure to pack it well inside a bigger box than the bag fit with lots of padding. Make sure you wrap it few times including a plastic bubble wrap. Do not include dust bag or the strap or lock and key. Just the bag. Unless strap needs repair too. Sometimes they send you a new strap and definitely they send a new dust bag. The quality of repair dust bag is better than it came with brand new. Include the copy of the repair order inside. I would also include a sheet of paper with your name, address, email and phone number. Mail it with tracking and I would add insurance. They send you invoice with link to payment after repair done and before they send it back (if payment required)
