Hi my Palm Springs pm so badly damaged ,l truly think it’s quality fault not wear and tear . What you guys think ?

You have to explain how you've used it and for how long you've used it. This is extreme and clearly didn't happen all at once but over time. Also, did you buy this new directly from Louis Vuitton?
