Hi everyone! I just got the LV Montsouris PM in canvas and black leather. This is the new model and I am trying to figure out where the date code is in this bag. Does anyone know? Thanks!

I’m following this thread because I just got the vachetta one. I read that 2021 bags no longer have date codes and now have a chip but maybe someone can confirm?
Have you checked in the front pocket along the seam? Otherwise it may the new model where they added the chip and no date code...
I think you are correct. I looked into this after you replied and I believe the bag is microchipped.
I did! And yes, I believe you are right. I researched this and I have the new model (and I just got it in June of 2021). It has to be microchipped because I’ve looked everywhere!
Hi, I just received this bag yesterday and I love it, but the canvas is very stiff. My SA said it is meant to be that way to protect the structure of the bag. Still it's a bit rough to the touch and dry feeling (if that makes sense). I also feel the leather and canvas are a bit dull looking in color. Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't know if it is just the one i got & to exchange it or if this model is just like that. For reference mine is Made in France. Any comments on your Montsouris PM in Noir is appreciated!!

Someone in another thread said the date code is printed on one of the cards that comes with it, so you should still have the date code somewhere, if you want to know it
