  1. Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. So I was taking back my very itchy trunk scarf and thinking of buying a monogram wallet. The woman in the shop then thought the trunk scarf costed £230, (it actually costed £175) and the wallet I wanted was £210. So she almost gave me money back for it. But I had to say to her I need to give you £20. Otherwise the guilt would of been bad.

Post if anyone has had this happen to them.

  2. You are a good person. I think it's just regular human error. I've done that many times when I use to work at the bank.
