I recently bought a neonoe Mm online from Louis Vuitton and it is made in Italy! I didn’t expect to get one made there as it seems from my experience that the most common is France/USA. Is it less common to get one made in Italy? I know the materials are all from France so technically it doesn’t matter where it’s made but is it good that it’s made in Italy? I was kinda excited that it was since I have never gotten one myself!

Made in Italy is great! Usually they send their fine leathers to be manufactured there.
LV has an extensive supply and production chain that extends across the EU depending on the product category. Here's an article about the shoe factory in Romania from a few years ago.
My new Neonoe is made in Italy too. I was surpised too but then a lot of good quality bags in Europe are made in Italy.
Last week I bought a Pochette Metis reverse online, she was made in France three weeks ago and quite ok. But the leather part of the lock wasn't straight and the lock itself was not perfectly centered. I went to the boutique and they changed the bag. The new one is Made in Italy, two weeks ago, and it's simply perfect. I'm italian so nothing exotic, but I appreciate a good manufacturing and I'm really happy now.
Just picked up my Felicie pochette, made in Italy and perfect. I was however surprised about the date code manufactured in 2018....and still in store.
Most if not all of my LV bags are made in Italy. Having compared some (my Néonoé in particular) as against the MIF ones, I would say that the MII was of a higher standard/quality.
