    We are seeking candidates who have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry to work in a fast-paced call center.


    • Handle a complete range of telephone and email inquiries concerning products, pricing, policies, and phone sales
    • Meet individual and team sales goals
    • Build and maintain clientele to enhance relationship
    • Document all calls using a CRM software
    • Handle customer complaints with fairness and courtesy
    • Manage the RSVP process for our store openings and corporate events
    • Provide quality customer service on every call by communicating clearly and effectively
    • Be an ambassador for the brand


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years customer service experience; preferably in luxury goods
    • Comparable experience in retail sales, hospitality, or travel also considered
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrate ability to deliver high-level of service under pressure
    • Foreign language fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, or Japanese a plus
    • Interest in fashion industry and trends are also a plus
    • Excellent computer systems proficiency
    • Ability to multi-task and to quickly acquire extensive product knowledge
    • Experience in client relationship management tools a plus (ePiphany, Siebel, Ventive, or Kana)
    • Be friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented
    • Possess common sense, advocacy, and mediation skills
    • Punctuality and schedule flexibility are essential
    • Week-ends and evenings may be required – there is also a vacation blackout period during the holiday season
