I think a 14yr old only needs a pochette!!! To me that's a bit young for a speedy!!! Not trying to be a downer....that's just my opinion!!!!!!

This...and the new pochette is a little more "humph" than the older version

I think the artsy and alma looks too mature for a 14 yr. old. I would suggest speedy 25 in azur. or a neverfull PM in ebene.

I agree with the poochette, my daughters 1 is 14yrs and the other is 12 want there first LV for Xmas. DH and I agreed that a poochette is a great start, and upgrade later to the speedy

This is a good idea, I feel so dumb not thinking of this.

My 14 year old daughter mentioned that she likes the DE speedy B. The DE would be much easier to care for than a bag with vachetta.

And many young girls like bags that can be worn cross body.

Alma would look ridiculous lol. Speedy is pushing it. I think a pochette or a cles will do. I think 16 is more age appropriate for a first LV in my opinion.

Regular Speedy 25 in Ebene. Even the Speedy B 25 price is up there for a 14 yr old.

Speaking as a teenager myself, I would suggest getting her either a Speedy 25/30 in her favourite print, or simply going with a new pochette. And I agree that she should have to earn it- it's a good motivator for school and chores and such.
