I ordered a Poche Toilette and big Cherries Charm.
Chatter here suggested that people were being told by customer service and SA’s that non-prestige clients would have their 24 April orders cancelled. Customer service on the phone (Aus) told me same, in frustrating terms which I didn’t and no longer have the stomach or patience to question or digest.
It was something like; “Yes, customers who have preordered will have their items cancelled because there is no stock allocation available”. My question of why my order was accepted and my card changed if there was no stock allocation available was not answered. That question was met with silence. Nor was there any form of apology to me. 🙄
That may have actually been code for “We can’t actually tell you, but we accidentally let you, a non-prestige order something that we actually want to sell to customers that spend more with us than you have in your 20 years of being our customer” - but again, real life is more important so I opted to pull the plug on further mind games, and will pick up the fight to the right to spend money with them at a later date. I’m too busy RN to bother 💅.
I mean, not even a proper answer there and ultimately I’m peeved that LV is holding my money in this way across many items, so I opted to cancel that and will try my in-person luck on May 22.
