Went to put my Birkin in its dustbug and I realize I can't find the felt for it anywhere. Has anyone else ever lost it and able to have it replaced? Will ask my SA but with the holidays not sure she's around. Thanks!

I just cut up an old shoe bag into the felt shape and that works for me. I doubt H would replace this for you but you never know.
