Is anyone else losing interest in Michael Kors and the new styles? I absolutely love Selma's and the pebbled Hamiltons but none of the newer styles and patterns are grabbing my interest. I did go nuts over the studded JetSet medium travel tote and to a lesser extent the zebra print one but nothing else is grabbing my interest, i.e. Saffiano Hamiltons, sutton, Reese, marina, anything mini, the solid color jet sets, etc....

I only like Hamilton's and Selma's. Took me some time to like the Selma. Everything else just doesn't appeal to me. Great looking bags out there ladies, just not my style.

I have a gunmetal signature jet set tote that I would love if it had a non signature canvas. I wonder why no one does this? The E/W harper is similar, and I have that one in saffiano, but i do like the coated canvas.

But none of the new designs have me excited, which is good for my wallet!

I completely understand, and I'm pretty new to MK. The E/W Hamilton caught my eye and that's how I became interested in the brand. I haven't fallen in love with any of the other styles, even though everyone's mod shots make them look great!

I like the Reese but there are plenty I don't like at all. The spray Hamilton is atrocious!

I do love my Hamiltons and Selma's though!

I'm always looking at other designers. I finally found a satchel company that makes satchels large enough to hold my drawings! Yay!

I'm slowing down on the handbag purchases though. I still have a new house to decorate.

What got me interested in MK handbags was the infamous Selma. I now have 3 of them in different colors and love the style and design. The only other MK bag I've purchased is the Miranda in his higher end line. It's gorgeous, as well. I also love the look of the Hamilton and Dressy/Sutton, but won't buy either because of the bag opening. I must carry bags with either a zipper or flap covering the opening. I love taking a look at what everyone else has purchased and the mod shots are great, but I think I might be finished with my MK purchases for some time. Nothing else has caught my eye.

I am losing interest in Michael Kors in general...I can afford Michael Kors so I used to buy a lot of bags from the brand but then I realised if I had saved all those money,I could have bought a premium designer bag so have started selling my bags..I've kept my hamilton though,it's a really nice bag but I've sold my selmas

Did you sell them in eBay? Is it worth the hassle?

I'd never give up my Selmas, but I already have a couple premium designer bags so the MKs are a nice addition. My MK bags are at such a fabulous price point that I'm happy to have a few next to my LVs. I have to say that MK has done a great job of designing really beautiful, expensive looking bags at a reasonable price. He really hit it out of the park with the Selma, Hamilton, Dressy/Sutton, Miranda, etc. I think all my MK bags together are equivalent to the price I paid for one of my LVs. Totally worth it!!!

Yeah sold them on ebay. It really depends, one of them was the autumn edition (that large blue and black Selma). I sold that one at £220 so my loss was around £110 which is fine with me cause I used that pretty much everyday but the other plain ones didn't do so well,my biggest loss was a pink one which I sold at £100..

I agree with you,Michael kors bag are expensive looking at a reasonable price but my reasons are just about my personal taste. I would prefer to just have one premium designer I really want instead of a few Selmas which only look pretty and good quality to me but don't make me go crazy over them.

I only like certain styles now like the Selma and Hamilton saffiano bags. I like that MK is affordable and the sytles are beautiful. I get tons of compliments on my MK bags. They are perfect for everyday use no matter what the weather or where I go. I own a couple LV bags I do not like to carry them when it is raining/ bad weather, grocery shopping or sporting events. There are times when you need an every day bag and MK bags work for me every day and are very classy. I love my MK's!

Wow that sucks! My MKs are usually sold at the same price or even with extra profit!

+1

I'm still in love with MK but I'm losing interests in the Selma I've been selling mine so far I sold two. The only Selma I have left is the medium Selma in navy. I'm keeping the medium one the large is just too big.
