i just took a very closer look...it's not RO. but it's very similar..the way the jacket draps is very different.

It's Veda! Check singer22.com. It's about 605. I tried it on yesterday-size up because the sleeves are narrow.

I think it's Vince as well. I saw a very similar jacket in this Bloomingdales catalog I just got in the mail.

i just googled vince and veda leather jacket...i have to say they look very similar but not exactly the same.
take a closer look at her collar the side w/ her orange wallet...it is exactly the same as RO...the leather trim is wrapping around the collar. but the vince is only one side on the zipper side not the neck way. but the detail on the other side doesn't match RO...the veda one, the collar flap over looks suede leather to me...so it's not the same. and it's very short like right at the waist area. the one OP mentioned is longer. so i really have no idea about this leather jacket.

I think it's the Veda Max jacket too. I think there are a couple of versions of the Max. This one on ebay (not my auction, nor do I know the seller, just to clarify!) looks like it:
