Her blazer could be Lauren Conrad for Kohl's, I know that she has this blazer.

I don't think her blazer is the Lauren Conrad one, because it doesnt have the striped lining on the cuffs and it looks longer than the LC one.

I wanna say that the heels are Charlotte Olympia .. I can't find the color but the style of the platform looks very similar to these ones.
