How would you rate this bag, especially the large version. While Loro Piana quality is unquestionable, styles are often considered matronly, something I don't always agree.

Seriously, it's a nice bag, great leather and affordable for LP. It's will not overshadow or clash with anything else you'll be wearing, it's casual-chic.
It's quite deep, with only a loose closure, I'm not sure I'd want to have a bag that's so 'open' going about in some cities.
For the price it definitely better constructed than the picotin. And the leather I swear it’s the same as Hermes Togo and swift. High on my consideration list.

Looks like an everyday-friendly bag with a fun design. Not something you see on every other person's shoulder.
Def something I would carry, as top handle and hobo are two of my fave styles and this one brings them together effortlessly.

I purchased the large bale bag but it is going back. I wanted to love it but it had certain things I knew would bother me over time. The base of the bag is like a perfect square which causes it to sit wide and far away from my body. Also when carrying the bag on my shoulder, I keep bumping into the short handles when I move or feel them brushing against my arm. This one just didn’t work for me as a shoulder bag.
I’m quite interested in buying the micro bale bag but wondering if anyone here owns and has used it. Any pros and cons to consider before buying? I went into the store to try but was in a rush and didn’t manage to try it with the strap. Looks super cute carrying on the hand but I curious about whether the bag sticks out while carrying it as a crossbody.
I havr many Loro Piana bags. Love them all - they are both polished and feminine.
Recent addition is the Alba Cabas bag for travel. Replaces my LV tote. It is slightly heavier - but smooshy - and the leather looks just like barenia leather (don’t know if it is). I love it!

There is usually one of each. The only one I couldn't see was the red-brown Deep Kummel
