Hello everyone, I have had this dilemma for a while now and now hoping to get some ideas from you I have a loose 4.20CT Emerald that I've been thinking of setting into a ring. Please share your thoughts and ideas and pictures ! Maybe you have a colored stone ring of similar shape I would love to see photos!

NZ is far but it looks like they really make beautiful jewelry, I love the whole "custom" process, but it might be way out budget

The Emerald is my favorite stone... after diamonds I have always kept photos of Emeralds around. First 2 are Harry Winston.

omg gorgeous rings! Thank you for posting, I really love the baguettes on sides, bug I was wondering how is it to wear? Emeralds are quite soft that's why I was considering the halo style to protect it.

Diamond_girl, the Baguettes are set very comfortably. I wear it quite often, and while I'm generally careful with it, I don't baby it. I was also a bit worried about the Emerald's delicacy, but I think just being mindful about it should keep it safe from wear and tear.

This is my grandmother's emerald ring just to give u an idea of a halo emerald look. Not sure
about the size of the center stone.
