This isn't helping but, I have those... i bought them off evilbay. Have you checked there? There's also a high heel version in fun colors. I saw at Nordstroms three weeks ago.

Sorry. Don't have a name. I found the shoe surfing evilbay for MJ shoes.

Nordstrom also sold the high heel version in black. I don't have a name either, but am going to call or stop by and see if they also sold the flats. I'll add the name if I find it.

ETA: Nordy's didn't carry the flats and they don't have the style number for the flats. I've seen them online referred to as "button flats" but that may not be the official name and I have not found them for sale anywhere.
