Looking to loose wieght

  1. Recently I have been wanting to loose some weight but I never can find time to go to the gym. If anyone has any good ideas for things to do at home to help me loose a few pounds let me know. Thanks in advance!
  2. This forum is full of neat ideas to loose wieght without going to the gym. The idea is to burn more calories than you consume. Eat right, eat less, move more (even a simple walk can help!) and stick with it.
