looking for wheelable tote or briefcase

for my mom. saw one recently at a convention i went to but can't remember the brand. does anyone know of any? i looked at tumi but they didn't have what i wanted. thanks!

Have you looked at ebags? Is the bag required for travelling? They have this Mulholland Bros leather bag, and also Tutto cases made of nylon:
