Looking for these Manolos - seen 'em?

Has anyone seen these Manolos at their local NM, Saks or BG? If you see them in a 40, please let me know ASAP. Or if you just see them on the rack They're online at NM and BG, but not in my size.

Crap, I called NM and BG only to find out that these shoes are only available online. Closing thread :shame: Whoops!
