Also, that is a very retro style. You may have luck finding a similar style in vintage. The heel would probably not be that high (that is a very recent phenomenon) but I have a pair of deep green suede t-strap, round toe shoes from the 1930s that ar egorgeous and were about $40 at a vintage store

Another possibility is a ballroom dance shoe.
I don't know if you're looking for new or designer shoes, but if it is the look you're after, you might have luck with vintage or dance shoes
