This is my first time to post here in Hermes, which I thought I will never will because I didn't think I can ever spend that much much money on a bag. Until I saw the Evelyne bag on dispay at the Hermes store here in Hawaii. I can't help but go in & try it on & OMG... :nuts: it feels like Heaven. I WANT ONE!!! I've been looking for a messenger bag that hangs nicely, not too big & not too small & most of all comfortable. I've been hooked w/ Balenciaga at present but maybe I can cheat w/ just 1 Hermes bag plus I will be able to afford this one.

The Evelyne PM or GM w/ outside pocket is nice in ETOUPE or ROUGE or Cafe or Gold & in Clemence leather, I think that's the one w/ textured leather.

The question is, is there any trusted resellers that you guys can recommend other than Hermes Store? I checked fleabay but there's not much Evelyne on these colors listed. Are any of these colors still available? Please any advice for a greenhorn like me would be very much appreciated. Honestly, I can't sleep thinking about it.:sad: HELP!!!!

I got mine from Ebay and I love it! I don't live near a boutique, and I felt safe buying it as I thoroughly researched my seller.
Save the Ebay search so you can be notified of new Evelyne's as they are listed.

Have you tried calling some of the larger boutiques to check their stock?

Luxury-shops has a slew of evelyne at the moment. They also have vespas too. I bought my etoupe evelyne III from Hermes and it was 2750. The ones you see from resellers are of the older models, hence no adjustable straps. Good luck!

Get the GM, it is only an inch bigger than the pm. I like the adjustable strap and I just called a store and they found me the color I wanted. (graphite) I love it.
