looking for information about Luna Park Hermes Scarf

Hi, I got this wonderful scarf as a gift and I don't know anything about it. It was a scarf for Luna Park with a beautiful merry-go-round on it. It's signed J.Metz. If anyone knows when the scarf was issued etc, I would love to know. Thanks!

It was introduced in 1993. I presume since that is your moniker that u know that Luna Park was a famous amusement park in Brooklyn, NY near Coney Island
