Looking for first bag! Neo Monceau black epi vs Pochette Métis empreinte noir

Hello!! I am new to this forum and going to be purchasing a bag for the first time! I am looking at the neo monceau in black epi and the pochette Métis in empreinte noir. I have found quite a bit of info on the pochette Métis but not much on the neo monceau! I would like your thoughts on:
1) How the neo monceau wears over time.
2) Modshots are welcome so I can see it styled (casual and dressy)
3) If you have both bags, can you compare the two?
4) Pros and cons of the neo monceau
5) Lastly, if you have purchased your pochette Métis empreinte noir recently, have you noticed the hardware issues that others have noticed? (i.e. crooked lock, glazing, cravking

Any other insights that might be helpful in purchasing my first bag!

Bought my Pochette Metis in the empreinte noir in 2018.

LV Empreinte Leather

No issues with my montaigne purchased in 2015 and slight fading on my noir key pouch (purchased in 2014) which was recently recalled

It comes with me to work everyday, I usually swap out on weekends for my monogram pm or one of my Coach bags.

I find it perfectly durable.

I like the look of the neo monceau but I don't like the feel of epi leather. I've heard it's durable though!

Thank you! It does look amazing! The CA at the store mentioned that epi is the most durable!
I like the PM but don’t love how the textile lining looks on the inside..

I have both bags and I prefer to wear them crossbody. I do like the NM more because it has the the multiple colors/leathers - it was at first sight.

I can’t really comment on the wear/tear at this point because both were purchased within the past year and neither were worn excessively due to hand sanitizing requirements where I work. I expect to have these handbags for years to come; and like you, researched everything thing about them before I purchased. I also live about 6 hours away from an LV store!

Also, PM can fit slightly more than the NM. I will also mention that I use Zoomoni bag inserts to help the PM bag maintain it‘s structure.
