Looking for everyday bag recommendations

Hello!
I'm a college student looking for an everyday bag. I currently use a 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli, but find it a tad too heavy and inconvenient for my tastes. Bags I've considered:
- Balenciaga City: too "edgy" for my liking
- LV Neverfull: I'd like something a bit more understated
- Givenchy Nightingale: I love how roomy and convenient it looks. I also don't have any slouchy/unstructured bags, so I thought this would be a fantastic addition. Only thing stopping me from taking the plunge is the zip at the longer shoulder strap - I can't decide if it's too "edgy"
I'd love something classic and convenient. Any recommendations?

This. LC is a classic brand with a little edge.

LC probably has at least a hundred different choices in bags/colors/sizes. You can do stripes, tassels, fringe, suede, smooth leather, snake print, granulated leather, fabric...there's a bag for everyone in the LC lineup. If you want durability, Le Foulonné leather is really carefree.
