Barneys NY had one a while back and even if they don't anymore, maybe you can ask them to check their other stores since they did order it.

When I checked back in July, the girl at Barney's showed me that they had a lot in stock in different stores around the US - it looked like at least 15-20. I would definitely call and ask them to check for you! (I have one and it's grrrreeeeat!)
