Hi all. About a month ago I was in Florence and purchased a beautiful bag that is not available in the states. I'd now like to purchase it in the second color, but have misplaced the card for the SA who helped me. She was absolutely wonderful--so patient with me as I deliberated between the two colors--so, I'd love for her to get credit for the sale. Her name was Martina. Can anyone help? I worked with her as well just a few days ago while I was in Florence. She was absolutely lovely and extremely patient with me while I was deciding on my purchases. She ended up offering me the bag of my dreams just before I was about to check out. I don’t have her email address but you might be able to call the store and ask!
I did manage to contact her and she was just as wonderful to deal with over email as she was in person. I ordered the bag through her and it arrived at my home in the US within 3 days. I'm not surprised you had a wonderful experience with her, as well. Clearly she has a knack for picking out great bags for her clients. Would love to see the dream bag she found for you...
that’s lovely! I’m glad you were able to get in contact with her and I love that she was also able to help you get another bag. I feel confident about have her as an SA and building that relationship over time. I haven’t taken any pictures of my bag but it’s a K Pochette in a new color called Vert Fizz. When she brought it out, I instantly fell in love! It’s seriously a dream. I’ll try to upload pics soon.
