looking for an everyday bag

Hi all!

Looking for a bigger bag (small to medium )

Ideally looking at the 2jours small
and Givenchy Antigona small
Gucci Swing Tote

budget: under 2,200


Currently using a longchamp (medium i think) and its great just would like an upgrade.

Needs:
the occasional uni book/texts, lab coat ,nursing equipment (would happen altogether maybe once a year)
be used as a travelling bag
somewhat flexible

I have variations on all 3 bags that you mention. Fendi 2Jours has gorgeous leather but it doesn't have the storage capacity of the other 2 you mention. Gucci swing tote is bombproof and spacious. Givenchy Antigona fits the most but is a little more high maintenance than Gucci. Hope this helps.

ah i love your bag collection!
just worry with givenchy that it's opening is too hard in structure and will start to bend over time when trying to access in. My bally bag is beginning to do that, the zips are just too hard.


What size Gucci swing tote do you have?

i do like it and its great value, but have some negs for it; small makes me look older and the large is probably too big!

All of my bags are mediums. I love all three of the brands that you mention. For me, each bag serves a different purpose but I guess if I had to choose just one I'd recommend the Gucci. Gucci's quality is second to none and the swing tote is very reasonably priced, you pay more for similar shaped bags in coated canvas.

is the larger Tote the same size as a Neverfull?

Sorry, I know nothing about the Neverfull but I know plenty of people here will recommend it most highly.
Have you considered the Givenchy rottweiler tote or the Fendi monster tote? Also, Gucci has some gorgeous bamboo top handle totes that look similar to the Burberry one.

I think the burberry one is more my style, more relaxed!
yeah i do enjoy how fun those totes are but don't feel that the quality matches the price and i'll won't stick with those bags for long! hahah if i could purchase an everyday bag and one of those totes - i would!
