what is the best possible website you girls know of for posting or making an ad for a piece of jewelry that seem to has disappeared off the face of earth?

any input would be appreciated, thanks.

You can try using very descriptive keywords when searching on Google. Alternately, you can submit a request for a custom made piece, a lot of online retailers accept custom orders. I ordered a pendant from diamondcandy.com in the past and was very happy with the whole process. I know that heavenlytreasures.com also accepts requests for special orders.
