I actually just picked up this Fossil for about $100. It has 'speed pins' so the band can be changed out easily. I believe Michele watches have the same pins. Bands in other colors are only $25. I think I may start with a pink one.

I just got this Le Chateau watch at Overstock.com as my J12 substitute. It is ceramic with crystals for under $250 and looks great on!

This thread is a little helpfull for me too!!! I just scored my latest watch at Dillards a month or so ago, and now I'm OBSESSED with watches!!!
I'll post a pic of the one I scored below, but my band is HOT PINK/magenta embossed alligator. I love that it's auto so no dead batteries and so far so good on keeping great time. The best part is that this watch was (I believe) $125 MSRP, maybe $150 and I scored it for $25 out the door!!!

^^^ actually instead of the 12 mine just has SMALL diamond accents at 3,6,9 & 12. The are just chips but it was STILL a diamond accent piece for $25 out the door and OH SO CUTE!!!
