Looking for a City or Work Turquoise...

HI, does anybody here know where I can find a City or Work Turquoise? There is only one on ebay, but she is asking for 1700, I find a little overpriced.

I saw the turquoise coming in 2008, but I live in Brazil and they don't sell Bbags there.... the only place I can get in on ebay. Somebody knows if Balenciaga would ship to Brazil for me?
