Looking for a beautiful necklace lanyard

For cruises.... must have your card on you all the time, I like wearing it around my neck but I want a nice chain that looks like a necklace, some nice bling. Right now the best I can find is a Kate Spade, not really my preferred choice. Any ideas? Something a bit higher-end, sparkly, pretty?

The cruise ships usually offer some before you even enter the boat, then once aboard, they have many in the shops. You can also find them on eBay.
