The logo however, does look rather huge, in proportion to the bag.

Yeah I tend to agree. It’s easy for me to become infatuated with the latest bag and talk myself into it, but upon thinking it over the past 24 hrs I’m not sure this one is for me. Maybe if I was younger and hipper I could pull off a retro 80s/90s giant hardware look like this. I don’t really see the big metal horsey working well with my current wardrobe or jewelry.

You are definitely still young and hip. I had always liked the galloping horse logo but in such a big hardware; I'm unsure. I will very much prefer a more subtle look.

I particularly like this rich camel hue but I spotted a dark green in one of the pics you shared.
